The Legacy Scholarship was founded and is personally funded by Sarah James--U.S. Army Veteran, author and founder of Smylez World. Sarah was raised, along with her siblings by her grandMOTHER Minnie Mae Valentine. This scholarship is her way of making sure the love that changed her life keeps changing lives.
