Who Qualifies

Raised primarily by a grandparent(s) or immediate relative (sibling, aunt, or uncle)

Enrolled in an accredited higher education institution

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0

Completed essay included within the application
**Selected recipients must be available for a 2–5 minute verification phone call prior to award release.
Acceptable Proof of Enrollment

Academic transcript

Class schedule

Registration or enrollment confirmation

Student account statement.
